Second
Now change the background color to whatever you want your outlineto be. Now make sure your text settings are like this when you click the A button (text button) before you click a random spot on the screen!
Click.
third
To change the color of the actual text itself edit the second color tab... Click.
fourth
Now to the actual outlining. When you press "Apply" your text will be surrounded by those moving lines ( marching ants? ) the selection thing. While its like that go to Selections then Modify and finally Expand!
Click.
When the Auto Actions window comes up, just press OK. Now edit your pixels to however thick you want the outline of your text to be. I choose 2 pixels... you can play with it using the preview. When your done just press enter and there’s your outlined text!
Click.
To put it on your graphic or whatever just press CTRL+L to paste it as a new layer or press CTRL+E to paste it as a new selection.
